A single 10A outlet with a pair of USB charging ports on the same 121 × 80 mm acrylic plate. The outlet takes an appliance plug; the USB pair takes the phone, the watch and the tablet that used to need a charger block.
The single-plus-USB plate is the bedside answer: one lamp, two devices, no adapter hanging out of the wall. It is also the standard hotel configuration, where the guest needs a charger more often than a second socket.
The USB pair is rated 5V 2A, shared across the two ports rather than 2A each. That is enough for a phone overnight and for two phones charging slowly; it is not a fast-charge port and should not be specified as one.
The plate is the standard FS 121 × 80 mm format and fits the standard Australian wall box. The USB module sits beside the outlet, so the cut-out and the wiring position do not change.

| FS313-USB | Single power point + 2A USB, horizontal |
All models use the same 121 × 80 mm acrylic plate and the same SAA approval under AS/NZS 3112. The FS series covers switches, power points and communication outlets from one to six gangs; see the full FS series.
A USB power point is a convenience product, and the FS313-USB keeps it simple: one 10A outlet and two USB-A ports on a horizontal acrylic plate, for the bedside or the hotel room where the guest charges overnight.
The electrical side is deliberately modest. The USB pair shares 5V 2A, which covers phones and small devices but is not a fast-charge module. If the brief calls for USB-C or higher output, the FS313-A+C is the plate to specify instead.
Mechanically it is the same FS plate and the same wall box as the rest of the range, so a room can mix USB points, standard singles and doubles without a different cut-out.

A USB outlet makes sense where devices charge at a fixed position — bedside, hotel desk, kitchen bench. It removes the charger block and the cable clutter, and it means the outlet is never blocked by an adapter.
It does not replace a charger for fast charging. At 5V 2A the module is a maintenance charger: overnight, or a slow top-up during the day. For a laptop or a fast-charge phone, the device’s own charger or the A+C version is the right answer.
If two sockets are needed as well, the FS315 twin point and its USB variants cover that position; the single-plus-USB plate is for the bedside where one appliance plug is enough.
USB outlets moved from novelty to standard specification in about five years, and the Australian ranges now carry them at every tier — Clipsal and HPM in retail and residential, Connected Switchgear, Zetr and Voltex in project work, plus imported ranges through wholesalers.
The specification question is the USB module, not the plate. Output per port, whether the ports share current, and whether the module is replaceable are the things that decide whether the product survives a hotel refurbishment. A 2A shared pair is a different product from a 20W fast-charge module, and the price difference is real.
IGOTO manufactures the FS range in Yueqing with SAA approval under AS/NZS 3112, supplying distributors and private-label brands. The USB module and the acrylic plate are assembled on the same line.
USB plates are assembled with the module fitted to the carrier, then checked for output and port alignment before packing. The USB ports are the first thing a guest tests, so alignment is part of the quality check.
FS313-USB runs in white, black, champagne and green with custom RAL matching and laser marking. Hotel orders are usually packed by room count rather than by carton.
Ordering the FS313-USB is straightforward — the checklist below mirrors what our sales team will confirm with you anyway.

Contact Our Sales TeamPhones, watches, earbuds and tablets at a slow rate. The pair shares 5V 2A, so two devices charging together will each draw less. It is not a fast-charge port and will not charge a laptop.
Yes, but they share the 2A total. Two phones will charge overnight; two tablets will charge slowly. If both ports need full output, specify a module rated per port rather than shared.
The port type and the output. FS313-USB has two USB-A ports at 5V 2A shared; FS313-A+C adds a USB-C port for newer devices. The plate, the outlet and the cut-out are the same.
The module is assembled into the plate rather than offered as a separate service part. If a port fails in service, the plate is replaced. That is worth knowing for hotel maintenance stocks.
