FAQ
What Buyers Like You Ask Us — Answered Honestly
Certification, minimum orders, private labeling, delivery — these are the questions we hear most from wholesalers and distributors. Here’s how we answer.
Discuss Your Requirements
Are your switches and sockets certified for the Australian market?
Yes. Everything we make in our Australian standard range is built to AS/NZS 3112 and holds SAA certification. We’re happy to share compliance documents before you commit — and our production runs under ISO9001/ISO14001 systems, so what we certify is what you receive.
I want to sell under my own brand. Do I need a new certificate?
No re-testing needed — this is one of the biggest advantages of working with us. For the same series, we issue your brand certificate directly from our parent SAA certificate. You only cover a simple covering-certificate fee, so your private-label launch stays fast and low-cost.
What product types are in your Australian standard range?
Our range covers 1-6 gang switches (10A/16A, intermediate, 35A, double pole), 10A and 15A power points, USB and 20W PD Type-C sockets, TV/satellite/data outlets, dimmers, blank plates, weatherproof IP54/IP55 switches and power points, plug bases, quick connect sockets, junction boxes and power boards. If it goes on an Australian wall, we probably make it.
What is the difference between the TI and WI series?
Both are our PC matt skin-feel series running on the same universal mechanisms and internal components. TI is our broadest specification range — we usually start new partners here. WI is our safety-first line: silver contacts, flame-retardant materials, high temperature resistance, for premium safety positioning.
Can I mix series or get custom colors?
Yes. Panels are interchangeable across our series on the same mechanism platform. White and black are standard; champagne, green and other colors are available on selected series. For volume orders we support spray-color customization — we’ve done it for plenty of brands.
What is your MOQ and lead time?
Standard items carry low MOQs — enough for a first order or a range trial without over-committing. With 5,000,000+ pcs monthly capacity, we can scale from a trial container to ongoing replenishment without blinking. Exact MOQ and lead time depend on models and customization; send us your list and we’ll give you a straight answer.
What information should I provide for a quotation?
Just tell us: your target market (Australia/New Zealand), the product types or series you’re interested in, estimated quantities, packaging preference (bulk, retail box or private label) and any logo customization. We’ll come back with pricing and a sample plan — usually within one business day.
