FS313-V-A+C gives one port of each on the vertical face, alongside a 10A outlet, so a narrow panel covers all three without a power strip on the floor.
This is the plate for a room with guests or tenants rather than a single household: hotel rooms, serviced apartments, student accommodation, a spare bedroom used by visitors. The owner cannot know which cable arrives, so providing both ends the argument.

A phone that supports fast charging will not fast charge from this plate; it will charge at the standard 5V 2A rate, which is roughly a full charge in a couple of hours. That is acceptable overnight and noticeable if someone expects a top-up in twenty minutes.
The USB-C port is a charging port, not a data or video port. It does not carry DisplayPort and it will not run a monitor, which is worth stating plainly because USB-C has come to imply more than charging.
The A+C insert is a single module, tested before assembly and again in the finished plate. Ports that fail in service cannot be repaired on site, so the test is the warranty.
