FS323 is a 4-core telephone socket and FS324 is a CAT6 data socket, both on the 121 × 80 mm acrylic plate. One plate format covers both, so a study or an office can be wired without mixing accessory ranges.
The data version is CAT6, which is the current default for new cabling. It terminates on the same screw terminals as the rest of the range and fits the standard Australian wall box.
The single telephone or data point is the desk position: one voice line, or one network drop, at the place where the work happens. Where both are needed at the same point, the combination plate covers it.
The module clicks into the same frame as a switch or a power point, so a two-gang plate can carry data beside power without a different cut-out.

All models use the same 121 × 80 mm acrylic plate and the same SAA approval under AS/NZS 3112. The FS series covers switches, power points and communication outlets from one to six gangs; see the full FS series.
A telephone socket and a data socket look the same on the wall and do different jobs. FS323 is the 4-core telephone outlet; FS324 is the CAT6 data outlet. Both use the standard FS acrylic plate, so the room keeps one finish.
The choice is made by the cable, not the plate. Telephone cable terminates on the voice module; CAT6 terminates on the data module. Where the run is not yet decided, pull CAT6 and terminate it as data — it can carry voice with the right adapter.
The single point is the desk position: one line, or one drop. Where both are needed at the same place, a two-module plate is the cleaner answer than two separate outlets.

Choose data for anything that carries a network connection — a desk, a television, an access point. Choose telephone only where a legacy voice line is still in service, which is increasingly rare in new work.
Where both are needed, the combination plate (FS322) puts TV, telephone or data on one plate rather than two. Where two data drops are needed, the two-gang data plate is the alternative.
The module has to match the cable and the termination standard. Confirm both before ordering, because a data socket that does not match the cabling is a plate that has to be reopened.
Communication outlets are supplied by the switch brands — Clipsal, HPM, Connected Switchgear, Zetr, Voltex — and by specialist data ranges. The plate is often shared with the switch range; the module and the termination are what differ.
The buying questions are cable type, module category and whether the outlet is being certified for the network. A branded plate with the wrong module is worse than a plain plate with the right one.
IGOTO manufactures FS323 and FS324 in Yueqing on the same acrylic plate as the switch range, with SAA approval for the plate system and documentation supplied per order.
Communication modules are fitted to the same carrier as the switches, then checked for terminal condition and plate alignment before packing.
FS323 and FS324 run in white, black, champagne and green with custom RAL matching. Mixed orders with power and TV plates are packed by colour.

Contact Our Sales TeamFS323 is a 4-core telephone socket; FS324 is a CAT6 data socket. The plate and the frame are the same; the module and the cable are different.
Yes, with the right termination and adapter. CAT6 is the more future-proof cable, which is why it is the default for new runs even where only voice is needed today.
Yes, in a multi-gang plate. The FS frame takes switch, power, data and TV modules, so one cut-out can carry all of them.
It needs room for the cable bend radius. A standard box usually provides it; deep boxes help where several cables terminate at one point.
